Mentoring Program

Victory Health Care Services LLC, Mentoring Program provides encouragement and guidance to each adolescent or child that is enrolled. This introductory section offers a general discussion on the rationale behind our programs, and outlines the advantages they provide.

Victory Health Care Services Mentors understand the need to obtain a number of different roles during the course of a mentoring relationship, but our mentors also share the same qualities:

  • A desire to work with young children.

  • Empathetic with the younger ones.
  • See solutions and opportunities.

As Victory Health Care Services, mentors and their mentees form relationships; explore values, interests and goals. Victory Health Care Service mentors find themselves making a difference and having a positive effect on their life.

Not only does mentoring have an effect on the mentee. Victory Health Care services mentoring is a shared opportunity for learning and growth. Many mentors say that the rewards they gain are as substantial as those for their mentees. Being a mentor enables them to:

Victory Health Care services mentor programs connects our mentors with individuals who need or want the same skills and advantages to move up in work, skill level, or school performance. Participants in the mentor programs, both young and older, share their values and personal goals in a mutually respectful, supportive way which leads to a more enriched life for both. Our comprehensive program helps break down barriers and creates opportunities for success.

Victory Heath Care service liaise with families, schools, friends and neighbors to assist a child who is in need of mentoring.

Good mentors are willing to take time to get to know their mentees, to learn new things that are important to the young person, and even to be changed by their relationship. Accepting the challenges and rewards of mentoring a young person and experience the benefits that will last each one a lifetime.
