About Us

Changing Lives in Baltimore – One Family at a Time.

OUR STORY

Victory Healthcare Services, LLC was founded on a simple but powerful belief: every person — no matter their diagnosis, background, or circumstance — can recover and live a life of purpose and dignity.

Since 2012, we have been at the heart of the Baltimore community, providing mental health, behavioral health, and community support services to children as young as five, adolescents, transitional-age youth, adults, and their families. We have walked alongside individuals through some of the most difficult chapters of their lives — and witnessed the extraordinary strength of the human spirit in action.

Our name is not accidental. Victory is what we work toward — with every family we serve, every goal we set, and every life we help rebuild.

OUR Core Values

Meet Client Needs

We work toward recovery and quality of life for every person we serve – their goals drive our work.

Lead

We continually seek and create more effective, evidence-informed ways to serve individuals and families.

Care

We employ the highest standards of professional practice with genuine compassion at all times.

Respect

We recognize and respond to the full human dignity of every person who walks through our doors.

OUR APPROACH

From the first point of contact, Victory Healthcare moves quickly. Within 5 days of referral, a licensed mental health professional and a direct service staff member visit the family’s home for a formal introduction and initial assessment.

We then work with the individual and family as partners — listening, assessing, and co-creating a plan that reflects their goals, respects their culture, and builds on their strengths. Family members are never passive recipients; they are active architects of their own recovery.

OUR Guiding Principles

  • Quality: We meet professional standards in our field and continuously improve every aspect of our work.
  • Empowerment: We encourage the autonomy of our consumers and staff, using teamwork to achieve individualized goals
  • Integrity: We conduct ourselves in an ethical, honest, and forthright manner — always

  • Diversity: We foster an environment that embraces the diversity of all our constituents.

  • Community: We work to reduce stigma, increase access to mental health services, and raise awareness of the benefits of treatment.
  • Learning: We enhance professional knowledge and skills through inquiry, teaching, learning, and research.
  • Value: We ensure the cost of our services reflects their value and operate in a cost-efficient way.
